Where do we ship?

 

Office Stuff For You ships to all lower 48 states.  Shipping is extra to Hawaii and Alaska.

How do I return an item?

 

Email sales@officestuff4u.com or call us at 415-815-3272 regarding your return request..  We would need the order number and the reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is needed for all returns. Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the returned products.

 

 

What is our returns policy?

 

Items can be refunded if product is delivered back to the manufacturer within 30 days. All items must be returned in their original package and in "like new" condition. Products returned in other than "like new" condition maybe be subject to additional restocking fees.  Returned products are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.  All returned items must be unassembled and repackaged in the manner they were originally received.

How do I track my order?

 

After the product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

What are your delivery options?

Office Stuff For You normally ships ground.  Delivery time depends on the product availability, warehouse logistics, and courier delivery.  We can ship quicker depending on availability and delivery cost will be extra.
